We tell you where your hair can get to in one sitting and whether it takes more than one. Sometimes the honest answer is that it cannot get there safely at all.
The most common complaint about colour is that it came out different from the picture.
That is almost never the dye. It is what was already in the hair. Colour lifts differently on hair that has been coloured before, and a photograph of someone else says nothing about where your hair will land. So we say out loud what your hair can actually reach in one sitting, and if the answer is nowhere near the picture, we say that instead of taking the booking.
Every service here has two prices, regular product and premium product, and you pick. For previously coloured hair an extra charge applies, and you hear that number before we start, not at the counter.

Why does the same colour cost more on my hair?
Previously coloured hair takes more product and more time to lift evenly, so an extra charge applies. It is quoted to you before anything is mixed.
What is the difference between balayage, ombre and highlights?
Highlights and baby lights lift strands throughout. Ombre fades from dark roots to lighter ends. Balayage and foilyage are painted on by hand for a softer, less regular line. All four are priced below in both product tiers.
Can I colour and straighten in the same visit?
Usually not, and the order matters. Tell us at the start that you want both and we will say which goes first and how long to leave between them. Treatment prices are on the hair treatments page.
