How to ask
Whichever is easiest. Send DELETE MY DATA in the same chat you used to message us. Or WhatsApp or call 01711 726728. Or email info@noor-salon.com. You do not have to give a reason and there is no form to fill in.
What goes
Everything we hold from your conversations: the messaging platform’s ID for your account, the messages you sent, our replies, any photo you sent us, and any name or phone number you gave us for a booking.
What we may have to keep
If you have a confirmed booking or an unpaid balance with us, we keep only the record needed for that until it is settled, and it goes afterwards. Nothing else stays.
How long it takes
Within thirty days of your asking, and we confirm on the same channel you used to contact us when it is done.
